Please note: if you are not "technology friendly" this may not be the course for you. This course is 100% online and do-at-your own pace, and can be done from the comfort of your own home. In addition, the exercise portion of this program assumes that basic movements are easy for you. If you have a disability of sorts, or injuries, skip that portion of the course or perhaps choose another program if exercises are a priority for you.
