Hi and Welcome to the Be Optimal 30 Day Reset. This program is an opportunity for you to reach a greater state of health in your body and mind while maintaining a realistic and balanced lifestyle. To set yourself up for success, we advise taking 2-3 days to digest the information for the 1st 2 weeks, grocery shop, organize and prepare.

Day 1-14 REBALANCE, we will walk you through the basics of detoxifying your body and the importance of it and guide you to shifting eating habits and making different healthy food choices. 

Day 15-21 REBUILD, we will hold your hand as you discover bad habits and learn to rebuild good habits learning how to reduce stress to lessen its negative impact on your life and your choices as well as balanced ways to exercise your body without increasing a stress load. 

Day 22-30 RENEW, you will learn what it will take to maintain these lessons taught to you and create it as a habit while being informed about specific vitamins that may supplement what you are not getting in your diet and plan for success once the 30 day program is over!  All of this will be guided through a 30 day process that we have detailed to make simple and easy for you, your friends and your family.
